Learn to ski through play, build confidence, and enjoy the snow with a smile. In the children’s ski lessons at Ski School Mali, experienced children’s ski instructors guide the kids step by step – from their first slides to their first confident turns.
With us, children are well looked after and in good hands throughout the entire ski day. During the lunch break, they return to the meeting point at the Ski School MALI assembly area in Hochoetz. Parents can pick up their child there and have lunch together. Alternatively, lunch supervision including food and drink can be booked for €20.00 per child per day.
For children aged 3 to 4, we recommend a trial lesson (€69 / 2 hours).
For children aged 4 and over, we recommend our 5-day course (full day – 4 hours).
A trial lesson consists of the first two hours of the regular children’s ski lesson.
If everything goes well, you can extend the lesson directly afterwards at our office in Hochoetz. The trial lesson will then be credited towards the course price.
Our programme for children’s groups is designed as a 5-day course, including a ski race and a great prize-giving ceremony on Thursday afternoon. That is why it makes sense to stay in the course for the full 5 days.
Of course, it is also possible to attend the course for fewer days. From the 3rd day of the course onwards, we offer a special extension rate.
Issued lesson tickets are non-refundable. In case of injury or illness, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
However, we offer several flexible options, such as trial lessons for young children, day-by-day booking, extensions, and more, to keep the risk as low as possible for you.
On the first day of the course, the children are assigned to the different levels according to their ability during a short assessment run.
Children are grouped primarily according to their skiing ability and age. If your children or their friends are at a similar skiing level, please let us know your request during the group allocation on the first day. We will do our best to accommodate it.
All children need a ski pass. Children up to the age of 8 can get the free Snow Kid Card.

The meeting point is always at our assembly area in Hochoetz, unless a different meeting point is arranged on site at the booking office.
